This 40 something year old patient fractured his upper front teeth in a swimming pool accident (physical trauma) which required extraction. The Before Photo also shows placement of a temporary bridge on the lower teeth that had severe periodontal problems

The After Photo is the completed case with a 5 implant supported bridge on the top and a fixed bridge on the bottom. Remaining teeth had porcelain fused to gold crowns.
