Our patient presented with a failing bridge restoration on her upper right side.
Since the one anchor tooth was non-restorable, it was removed. The area was to be restored with two Nobel Biocare Implants.
One implant would replace a molar tooth (yellow color) and the other implant was to replace a premolar (blue color) tooth.
Since the roots of these teeth went into the patient's maxillary sinus cavity, it was essential to graft bone material (Bioplant Synthetic Bone) in the site for increased stability.
After about four months of healing and thorough osseointegration, aesthetic and natural looking crowns were placed on the two implants. The patient was very pleased with the outcome.
